Homes Loan Calculator is a free set of tools for people in India who are about to take, or already carry, a home loan. We built it because most calculators give you one number and leave you to guess what it means. Here you see your EMI, your total interest and how the loan balance falls. You can also see what happens if you prepay, the rate changes or you borrow for longer. Everything runs in your browser. You don't sign up, and we don't store the numbers you enter. The pages are available in English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu and Tamil. Results are estimates for planning. Your bank's sanction letter is the final word on rates, fees and EMI. Ads pay for the site, and they never change the numbers we show.
